The Process

We believe in providing a spectacular client and candidate experience. Our focus is to place Sales Representatives, District Managers, Regional Vice Presidents of Sales, Vice President of Sales, Professional Development Consultants, and Professional Development Managers with companies in the industry.

Start by scheduling a call with us to discuss the process. We will discuss the documents we need from you and send you a link to complete an online video interview.

We will let you know what companies we have recommended you to, and the company hiring manager will reach out to you after they have received their information.

For Hiring Managers

Start by scheduling a call with us to discuss your company’s needs and our services.

A short list of candidates will be provided, in the form of a Candidate Profile, based on your needs and our candidate’s experiences. Included in the Candidate profile is: Candidate Resume, Candidate Employment History, Candidate Executive Summary, and Candidate Video Interview
